Case:

Our client is a new, dynamic web development company G2 Informatica, located in Italy. Their clients include small firms and also serve the government sector. The company came to Codeaweb to reposition its services to the rich corporate segment and widen its reach.

Plan:

Promoting the services of G2 Informatica through social media was our objective. LinkedIn provides you with an opportunity to showcase your professional skills and image whereas other social media sites may reflect the employee harmony and customer interaction. G2 Informatica’s target segment was corporate clients; therefore we opted for LinkedIn, for promotions. With over 100 million users worldwide on LinkedIn it provides exposure and a very large and diverse pool of potential leads from which we can source home based business leads.

Using the various features and tools of LinkedIn to showcase the business expertise and we connected with prospective clients. We requested for recommendations from existing clients of G2 Informatica. The existing clients also endorsed G2 Informatica for various skills and expertise giving much more credibility. Efforts such as these helped them in generating a strong base in LinkedIn.

To get the audience abuzz, we did several e-mail campaigns in all their social network profiles attracting enquiries from a number of their connections.

Case:

Muthoot Group is one of the biggest and oldest financial institutions also into travel services, real estate, healthcare, education and plantation business. They approached Codeaweb to help transform the image of the company to be most appealing and inviting.


Plan:

To get the brand recognized amongst people, we used Facebook, considering its popularity. We came up with series of contests for Muthoot Group - “Participate & Win”. The company offered prizes to the winners.

The first contest was Define Trust. Users were to write a creative definition for the term trust and tag their friends and families to participate in the content. The contest lasted for one month. At the beginning of the contest the number of likes of Muthoot Group was just 400. At the end of the contest it became 15000 likes. The second contest was Dream Come true contest. Contestants were asked 3 questions in the form of a dream every day with a tweet button is added in front of all the questions. In order to submit the entry, the participants have to tweet back the right answer @MuthootGroup. The contest lasted 8 days and helped them in getting an additional 35000 likes. The contest also won a considerable amount of followers on Twitter.
